PPP Loan Forgiveness
On June 5, 2020, the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act (the Act) was signed into law. The Act is intended to provide additional flexibility on the use of Paycheck Protection Program (‘PPP’) funds in order to give borrowers the opportunity to maximize forgiveness.
