Under the agreement, Toy Boxx Entertainment, led by Latoya “Toy” Harris, will handle promotional efforts and event production for the popular San Antonio venue and The Alchemy Bar, another of Joel Rivera‘s establishments. This includes advertising weekly specials, creating flyers and digital media, and coordinating special themed nights and entertainment.

Cloud 9 Hookah & Vape Lounge, located at 4419 De Zavala Rd, has been a favorite San Antonio hangout for over 5 years. The partnership will promote Cloud 9’s weekly ladies nights, Cinco de Mayo celebrations, and more.
